Wine Of The Day: Ciccariello Frascati Secco

Updated: Feb 8, 2019

This dry, crisp and velvet smooth white wine made of three types of grapes (Trebbiano, Malvasia and Bombino Bianco) is light bodied and easy to drink. However, it should be consumed young and allowed to breathe for at least 20mins before consumption to achieve its full flavour and reduce the intense fruity fragrance and acidity.
