Blogkla was delighted to attend the first comparative whiskey tasting experience at Uganda Wines and Spirits organized by Vicland Wines in conjunction with Jameson Whiskey. The event which will become a monthly series was attended by eager whiskey lovers in Kampala who blind tasted three different brands of whiskey.
Rory O'sullivan, the Jameson Brand Ambassador in East Africa led the patrons through the event by describing the whiskey distillation process and how to taste the whiskey difference among different brands. The cocktail terrace bar provided amazing whiskey based cocktails and snacks after the tasting.
