In life, there are 2 kinds of people; those that love and know their cheese well and those that have no idea what the cheese fuss is all about. If you're the former and live in Kampala, you probably know that good and affordable cheese is hard to find in the city.

Le Gourmet Delicatessen is located on Ggaba road ( next to Le Chateau restaurant) and is one of the best delicatessens in Kampala. They have an extensive selection of imported products from Europe including some of the best cheese you can find in town. Their prices are a bit steep but are worth it for the quality of items.


So if you want to splurge or spoil yourself with some great cheeses, cold cuts and other imported products from Europe, check it out.




Quality cuts has three locations at Kisementi, Forest Mall and Imperial Mall Entebbe. They have a wide range of local produce including great cheeses, cold cuts and wines to take home to pair with your purchased goods.


Their prices are affordable and a good bargain.



Cantine divino has a delicatessen located at their restaurant in Kololo that sells amazing cheese both imported and local.


They also have other items like olives and cold cuts that you can purchase.




Ajiz soul kitchen makes homemade cheese that they make to order. They also do deliveries and can conveniently deliver cheese right to your doorstep.

They also sell their cheese at various farmers' markets around Kampala.



Dubbing themselves as "Kampala's best little wine and cheese shop", the pantry's two locations in Kampala don't only carry amazing wine but also sell locally produced cheese that u can purchase to pair with the wine bottles you bought.

They also do a lot of wine and cheese tastings usually on weekends that you can check out.
